Gaby Aghion founded Chloé in 1952, later to be joined by Jacques Lenoir, making history by becoming the first fashion label to design a ready-to-wear collection. Chloé collections were a creative combination between the rigorous stiffness of Haute Couture with a more casual, yet luxurious ready-to-wear, gaining admirers for its happy and carefree style. Today, with the French designer Natacha Ramsay-Levi as Choé's new ready to wear, leather goods and accessories designer, the brand continues to explore women's fashion freedom delivering collections that allow women to challenge themselves.
